My grandfather began as a gemstone broker. My father took the business into manufacturing — emeralds, cut and calibrated by the parcel. When it came to me, learning the trade felt less like a choice than an expectation.
Then I started to see what I had been surrounded by all along — the colour of a stone catching the light, the precision behind a setting. The obligation became a fascination. AbNoor is that fascination, named for my parents.

AbNoor is a new name, but jewellery is not new to us. My family has spent years in the gemstone trade — sourcing precious and semi-precious stones and manufacturing them into pieces meant to be kept. You may be discovering AbNoor for the first time; the knowledge behind it has been years in the making.
